01. What is IPTV?
Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is the delivery of television content over Internet Protocol (IP) networks. This is different than the delivery through traditional satellite and cable television formats. Unlike downloaded media, IPTV offers the ability to stream the source media continuously.
02. What are the Advantages?
One of the advantages of IPTV is its capability to get easily integrated with other IP-based services such as high-speed internet or VOIP. Use of cables is not required because IPTV uses the existing computer network allowing your streaming to be hassle free. It distributes live or prerecorded TV and video/audio over the preexisting network.
03. How does IPTV Work?
IPTV uses Internet Protocol (IP) based network to deliver TV channels to users’ TX box. Internet networks differ from cable and satellite by offering content through the same client-server model that renders emails, websites, and other internet-based services.
04. Is IPTV service legal? Can I get into trouble for streaming these channels?
IPTV in itself is not illegal. Global Choice Media and its partners have purchased licensing packages from content providers to deliver commitment free entertainment straight to your home. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your shows; you’re in good hands!

Visit our Streaming page and select the streaming package that works best for you; complete our interest form and make your payment. We will contact you to get you set up!
07. Do I have to pay for a whole year at one time?
No, We have month to month, no contract subscriptions available.
08. How do I setup GCM on my devices?
Once you purchase your streaming package, you will receive a welcome email with set up instructions. A Global Choice Media representative will also give you a call!
09. Can Global Choice Media be connected by wifi?
Yes! For best results, we strongly recommend you use a network cable to connect your device to your ROUTER/MODEM.
10. What internet speed do I need?
We recommend a minimum 50+ Mbps connection speed to stream with minimal issues.
11. Is a VPN required?
Strongly Recommended! You may need one if your ISP is blocking you .
12.My television won’t let me download the app
Unfortunately, some smart televisions won’t allow you to download apps. They limit you to the apps pre-installed on the system.
Luckily, Global Choice Media can be streamed on your iPhone/Android phone/devices!
13. What devices are supported?
Apple iPhone & iPad, Android phones & tablets, Fire TV & Fire Stick, Xbox One, Samsung (select TV models), NVIDIA Shield, Android Boxes, and any M3U player applications.
14. How many devices can I use Global Choice Media on?
As many as you want! Max 5 connections concurrently over 2 IP Addresses.
15. What if I have more than one TV?
We have packages that cater to 1-5 devices, with 5 devices max. Refer to our streaming packages for more information.
16. Do I need to use Global Choice Media’s device(s) to use the services?
No. You can use your own HD or 4K Amazon Firestick or NVIDIA Shield TV, or purchase the devices from us.
